Job Summary

A private university is filling a position for a Remote Family History Online Adjunct Faculty Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Teaching students how to apply their genealogical skills to conduct paid research for clients and how to establish and manage a genealogical research business
  • Teaching introduction to professional genealogical research methodology, evidence analysis, and beginning report writing
  • Teaching the principles of effective report writing

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
  • Genealogical certifications are required for the advanced family history courses
  • Instructors to be present in the course 5 days each week (Monday through Saturday)
