Job Summary

A nursing college has an open position for a Remote Family Nurse Practitioner Program Visiting Professor.

Must be able to:

• Provide regular, meaningful feedback about their academic performance, development and participation
• Engage students in meaningful discussions at least 4 days per week
• Evaluate academic progress and comprehension of course content through quizzes, exams and assignments

Qualifications Include:

• MSN and DNP or PHD in nursing degree
• Must have an active APRN license and FNP certification through ANCC or AANP
• Solid clinical experience working as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Must have required subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills
• Must have excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
• Very strong writing skills and able to communicate clearly and effectively in an online environment
