Job Summary

A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote FAR Processor II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison and point of contact
  • Collect all required documentation for closing of loan
  • Coordinate the scheduling of loan fundings with loan participants

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Retail Loan Processing
  • Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
  • Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems and in the mortgage industry
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking
