A natural and organic food company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Farms Finance Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for team of 6 professionals
- Focusing on organization design, talent management, career development, team planning and execution
- Teaming up with fellow business unit leaders, managers, and supervisors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- 10-15+ years of progressive Finance-related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with a multitude of key stakeholders
- Clear and effective communicator with an ability to simplify messaging of complex transactions and topics
- Ability to multi-task and balance a fast-paced, evolving business
- Purpose-driven leader focused on efficient processes and execution
