Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer is seeking a Remote Fashion Softlines Direct Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Contribute to business strategy development
- Manage and deliver against complex goals
- Implement and track metrics to record the success and quality of your team’s sellers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years managing a team of 4-8
- 6+ years professional experience within Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, and similar
- Demonstrated success managing a team with a track record of developing a high performing team
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships
- Demonstrated success in exceeding business, territory, and/or account goals
- Experience using data to inform, report, and forecast for the purpose of making business decisions
