Job Summary
An international information technology consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Federal Affordable Housing Senior Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring all client deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Developing work plans and tracking hours assigned to the project versus budgeted hours
- Training and providing written procedures for team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years' relevant experience in affordable housing
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of Affordable Housing and a broad understanding of the Housing Choice Voucher Program
- Effective supervision and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and provide performance feedback and evaluations to team assigned
