Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Federal Customer Operations Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with customers
  • Resolving a wide range of issues
  • Contributing to process development

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving customer issues
  • Two out of the following
  • Experience troubleshooting applications running on Linux
  • Operational knowledge of Java applications
  • Experience with at least one mainstream distributed system
