Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Federal Customer Support Engineer II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing customers with a great experience via phone and / or email
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Sending process or performance improvement suggestions to your Technical Support Manager
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, mobile devices and cloud-based solutions
- 2+ years of customer service experience in supporting software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
