A technology company is seeking a Remote Federal Customer Support Engineer II.

  • Sending process or performance improvement suggestions to your Technical Support Manager

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems, mobile devices and cloud-based solutions
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in supporting software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
