Job Summary
A mechanical company has an open position for a Remote Federal Division Building Automation Systems Regional Sales Manager in San Diego.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as an overall business thought leader beyond the regional sales team
- Identifying barriers that may limit the sales team's productivity and face time with customers
- Actively coaching and developing sales team in strategic account management disciplines
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel approximately 40%
- 5 or more years of experience directly managing sales teams
- Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
