Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider is in need of a Remote Federal Employee Health Navigator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Act as the point person within the clinical area
• Complete non-clinical surveys and education
• Assist with Administrative processes

Required Skills:

• 5 years’ experience working in an acute care hospital or other appropriate healthcare setting
• High School diploma
• Knowledge of managed care principles and emerging health treatment modalities
• Knowledge of NCQA standards for Population Health Management
• Knowledge of CMSA Standards of Practice for Case Management, Act 68, NCQA, CMS and ERISA
• Proficiency in Word, Access, Excel and Outlook and Clinical Databases
