Job Summary

A technology-enabled solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Federal or State IT Proposals Writer Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections
• Collaborate with proposal team to develop proposal sections that clearly articulate the team’s overall solution
• Synthesize text and ideas from multiple authors, including SMEs and consultants

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English or Marketing or Computer Science or equivalent work
• Minimum of 5 years of proposal writing experience for complex Federal or State IT proposals
• Basic understanding of project management best practices, software development lifecycle
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Superior grammar skills and the ability to write succinctly and translate complex ideas into narrative text
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas easily
