Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Telecommuting Federal Programs Compliance Principal.
Must be able to:
- Analyze information for dissemination to appropriate internal operational areas
- Identify the need, and participates in, internal workgroup compliance initiatives
- Provide direction to the Organization on potential impact of new or potential regulatory requirement
Qualifications for this position include:
- This position requires occasional domestic travel and attendance at various conferences and meetings
- Prior experience should include leadership responsibilities and prior work experience within a compliance department
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 10 plus years' prior job related experience in the PBM, healthcare, managed care or hospital industry
- Candidates must also have in-depth knowledge of governmental programs and regulatory compliance function and the industry's best practices
