Job Summary

A computer hardware and services company is seeking a Remote Federal Services Program and Project Management Consultant in Round Rock.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving awareness, readiness, and adoption in support of key business initiatives in organization
• Working closely with the Federal team to lead programs supporting the Federal Services business, and enabling new capabilities for Federal customers
• Analyzing information and operations needs of internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of business transformation or organizational change management experience (OCM) in a large enterprise environment
• Experience having successfully completed one or more major strategic initiatives
• Ability to form relationships at all levels across the organization
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and appropriately to changing priorities
• Ability to manage a program and operations review, approval and delivery cycle
