Job Summary
An education services company is in need of a Federal Student Loan Coordinator in Schaumburg.
Must be able to:
- Assist students in understanding and successfully managing their loan obligation
- Work in conjunction with designated lenders and guarantors to resolve student loan delinquencies
- Contact students who become delinquent on their student loans, regarding options to resolve delinquency
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Ability to write narrative reports
- 1-3 years’ experience in default prevention
- 1 year experience in a service-related industry
