Job Summary
A well-known technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Federal Technology Services Management Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by providing management for customer support
- Serving as a designated resource for the United States Government
- Providing customer account management on a 24x7x365 basis
Qualifications Include:
- Travels to customer locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience
- Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI with CI-Poly clearance
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Strong project management skills with an in-depth understanding of system architecture and design
