Job Summary
A regional bank of the Federal Reserve System has an open position for a Remote FedNow Senior Software Quality Engineer 1.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the coordination of cross-functional and cross platform test strategies for upstream and downstream integration
- Leading quality engineering testing efforts related to cloud testing strategy and efforts
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise to user communities on quality engineering tools and techniques
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors or higher qualification in Computer science, Information Systems or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RDS and NoSQL databases, writing queries, stored procedures and scripts
- Drive automation efficiencies and coverage effectiveness using different tools and techniques
- Experience in programming using Python or Java or other languages
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise and detailed documentation
