An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote FedRamp Weekend Shift Security Operations Engineer I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for the tools, configuration, administration and related processes around Security Information and Event Management
- Being responsible for Web application firewall and related prevention, detection and mitigation of DDoS attack
- Performing security incident analysis, response and remediation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year Linux command line interface knowledge
- 1+ year knowledge of IT security principles, techniques, and technologies
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
