Job Summary
A payments technology company has an open position for a Remote Fee for Service Clinician in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Complete required Wellness Check-in and Re-Evaluations
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy & crisis intervention to those experiencing life crises & severe mental disorders
- Accept "on duty" assignments for emergency screening and follow up on unscheduled clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure (at minimum obtain a license within 90 days of being hired, no later than 1 year of employment)
- Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 5 fathers and/or their families
- Ability to assess and evaluate client mental health status, developing effective treatment plans & making referrals
- Ability to provide ongoing therapeutic support and counseling for individuals, groups, and families
- Ability to coordinate treatment with other community agencies and services
- Ability to perform crisis intervention as necessary
