Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Fee For Service Program Controls Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring Program Owner accountability of Control Documents for their specific Programs
- Leading and overseeing the development of Control Documents
- Managing supplier oversight and lead contractors in the development of Control Documents in collaboration with the FFS Develop Team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to NJ/PA as needed. 20%
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of business-related experience is required Legal or process writing skills
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive consensus in a matrixed environment is required
- Ability to present to all levels of leadership required
