Job Summary

A residential mortgage direct lending company is filling a position for a Remote FHA and VA Mortgage Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee your pipeline
• Analyze and assess risk factors
• Efficiently handle underwriting work load

Qualifications Include:

• Must have DE designation
• Working knowledge of FHA guidelines and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines
• Well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, closing procedures
• 3 to 5 years of recent Conventional/FHA/USDA underwriting
• Must have experience working remotely
• Experience with Encompass360
