Job Summary
A multi-state community-focused bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote FHA Multifamily Loan Processor II in Baltimore.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and maintaining application exhibit checklist for internal and external parties
- Following all policies and procedures regarding the processing of loan applications
- Scheduling and attending internal and external kickoff and weekly due diligence calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of multifamily/commercial real estate or similar experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customer base
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle issues with external parties in a professional manner in conjunction with the team
