Job Summary
A fiber optics telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Fiber Optics Communications Sales Engagement Specialist in Fort Lauderdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling outbound sales inquiries and take incoming customer service calls using state-of-the-art contact center technology
- Interacting with hundreds of customers each week to sell new products and services, and ensure best in class customer experience
- Listening to customers, understand their needs and provide information on additional products to enhance their technology needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have effective listening skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
- 1-2 years’ experience in an inside sales / call center and customer service center role
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels in a positive and productive manner
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Typically faces situations that have a variety of interpretations and require careful evaluation
