Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Remote Field Applications Engineer in San Jose.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing pre and post-sales technical support to customers using Cavium Networks products
  • Presenting technical material at customer meetings, demonstration of embedded networking/security products
  • Working with customers at all levels, technical discovery of customer needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Presentation of technical material at customer meetings
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years of work experience in the field of 32b and 64b microprocessors & integrated SoCs
  • Networking protocols, software, systems, and equipment
  • C programming, troubleshooting, performance analysis in embedded systems environment
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
