Job Summary

A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Field Applications Lead in the Fayetteville Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interfacing with the product development team
  • Supporting all aspects of a high availability global SATCOM network
  • Working on systems testing, software/hardware upgrades

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • 2+ years of experience supporting customers in the field
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in technical customer service and CRM
  • Proven verbal and and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a project/program management/leadership position
  • Demonstrated ability to create/modify, plan and document processes, work flows, metrics, service agreements
