Job Summary

The nation's largest medical record reviewer has a current position open for a Remote Field Based Chart Reviewer and Collector in El Cerrito.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review/abstraction services
  • Scan relevant components of the medical record to support reviews performed
  • Electronically download review assignments to the laptop and data collection tool

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Registered Nurse or LPN, CNA or Medical Assistant, Certified Coders (CPC or CCS)
  • Clinical experience
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate and detail oriented
  • Available to perform reviews no less than 24 hours a week
