Job Summary

A provider of specialty claims and risk management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Field Case Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive treatment plan of action
  • Coordinate the delivery of services to a dedicated caseload of 20-25 clients
  • Conduct initial evaluation process with the injured worker

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have valid driver's license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 1 year experience on-site case management
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in nursing, or closely related field, or Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling
  • Computer skills including MS Word and Excel required
