Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company is in need of a Remote Field HR Generalist in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as subject-matter expert for labor laws for both exempt and non-exempt employee groups
- Counseling and provide mentorship to first-time managers on employee relations, systems
- Partnering with your region or function's HR Business Partner on larger projects and org changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five (5) years of HR experience in fast growing organizations
- Knowledge of HR federal & provincial laws and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing environment
- Proven communicator with demonstrable experience influencing and collaborating
- Cross-functionally, ideally with dispersed teams
- Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organization
