Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Field Marketing and Engagement Lead.

Must be able to:

• Be a strategic influence in the creation of the overall go to market strategy for the NetSuite sales team
• Identify areas of opportunity for targeted campaigns
• Convey overall marketing strategy to sales through monthly all hands meetings, 1:1s and trainings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2-5 years of field marketing or related experience
• Understand the marketing funnel and the sales cycle and enjoy working directly with sellers
• Take a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intelligent, motivated, and competitive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude
• Practice extreme attention to detail and live by a schedule/planner
