Job Summary
A financial advisory firm is in need of a Remote Field Operations and Services Coordinator in King of Prussia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a professional, pleasant first point of contact for the office and greeting visitors in a highly professional and friendly manner
- Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, answering phones, watering plants, minor common area clean up etc
- Reviewing and forwarding AP invoices to Corporate Accounting for payment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel, as required, to King of Prussia PA location
- H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience
- 2+ years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- 1+ years of experience in a Brokerage General Agency or Life Insurance Carrier environment
- Ability to train others on in house proprietary technology/programs including CRM
- Ability to multi-task effectively and demonstrated project management skills
