• Meeting budget for Return or Rework flows as a % of installs driven by poor installs
• Developing innovative approaches to expand the types of walls on which can install compny's equipment
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for Field Operations

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a practitioner and leader of continuous process improvement
• Background as a construction engineer or similar education
• Strong communication skills with ability to relate with installers
