A rental property management firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Field Operations Recruiter in Tuscon.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Managing a full recruitment cycle
- Generating a pipeline of highly qualified candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to attend meetings
- 2 years experience recruiting in a full life cycle environment
- Proven recruiting and sourcing experience for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques
- Experience sourcing passive candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
- Familiarity with and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
