Remote Field Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of a remote team, the full-time Remote Field Operations Supervisor will oversee frontline employees supporting field technicians, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery for fiber customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15 or more, balancing workloads and ensuring operational needs are met
• Deliver training, coaching, and performance management to develop team capabilities and maintain quality standards
• Foster a high-performing team environment by promoting accountability, engagement, and recognition of achievements

Required qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams in a technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (typically five years of relevant experience)
• Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Working knowledge of fiber installation, maintenance, and local network processes
• Demonstrated expertise in employee development, including training, coaching, and performance management
