Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software
• Proven ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques
• Ability to interact with hiring managers at all levels of the company
