Job Summary

A global consumer and market measurement company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Field Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a talent pipeline through sourcing and networking within respective markets
• Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources
• Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target markets

Qualifications Include:

• Must have sourcing certification
• 2 years of experience in a staffing or high volume talent hunting environment
• High school diploma
• Experience using a web based Applicant Tracking System
• Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition methodology utilizing social media
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word)
