Job Summary
A managed services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Field Sales Customer Service Representative in Shreveport.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Renewing agreements, resigning new home/business owners with existing security systems
- Finding new leads and referrals to gain residential business
- Helping ensure that our customer's security needs are satisfied
Qualifications for this position include:
- Meet with customers face to face to ensure that their needs are met
- B2B/Residential Sales experience required
- Must have excellent communication and phone skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills with a proven record of resolving customer concerns
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel
- Must be a persuasive closer with basic understanding of contractual verbiage
