Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Field Sales Enablement Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and feedback
  • Build, plan, and deliver trainings
  • Represent Enablement team in regional QBRs and planning sessions

Qualifications Include:

  • ~25% travel
  • 8+ years supporting a direct B2B sales organization in an enablement/training function OR 5+ years Enterprise Sales experience
  • Analytically-minded: be driven to understand what success is and how to make success more repeatable
  • Excellent cross -functional collaboration and communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in communications
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
