Job Summary
A manufacturer of electric vehicle charging equipment is in need of a Remote Field Service Operation Electric Vehicle Charging Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing uptime and availability metrics for our charging hubs
- Being accountable for managing customer SLAs
- Helping develop scalable internal protocols for engaging and managing 3rd party EVSE vendors
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of direct experience in the renewable energy, power systems and/or EV charging industry managing assets in a field service capacity
- Built out the processes, protocols, and systems necessary to execute field service activity
- Experience with a diversity of OCPP-enabled EVSE hardware including DC Fast chargers
- Desire to test new solutions, including in coordination with third party software services
- Ability to partner with Technology and Real Estate teams to create a hardware testing and validation facility
- Ability to help develop scalable internal protocols for engaging and managing 3rd party EVSE vendors
