Job Summary
A package manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Field Service Technician in the Kansas City Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Installing, demonstrating, maintaining and repairing marking coding and labeling equipment
- Developing reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms
- Keeping current on trends from both market and technical standpoints
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend trainings and meetings when required, as well assist with in-office duties
- Ability to be on the road 25% of the time
- Experience in the repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
- Ability to obtain and maintain PMMI certification
- Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
