Job Summary

A real estate solutions provider is seeking a Remote Field Staff Appraiser in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service
  • Complete real estate appraisals
  • Attend training seminars/webinars and conference calls as required

Qualifications Include:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
  • Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
  • Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors
  • Experience in appraising all types of residential property
