A solutions provider for real estate asset valuation and collateral risk assessment needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Field Staff Appraiser in Fairfax County.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Complete real estate appraisals compliant with Federal and State laws within defined territory
- Provide industry-leading customer service while ensuring highest level of appraisal quality
- Collaborate effectively with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend training seminars/webinars and conference calls as required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university
- Experience in appraising all types of residential property
- Working knowledge of Google web applications
- proficiency in the use of electronic communications and document exchange via Internet
- Proficiency with appraisal software and hardware
