A real estate services company is filling a position for a Remote Field Staff Appraiser in Portland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Completing real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws
• Providing industry leading customer service while ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality
• Collaborating effectively with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service

Qualifications Include:

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally
• FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
• Ability to act independently and consistently make appropriate decisions with minimal guidance
• Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors
• Consistently and independently handles all aspects of the job
