Job Summary

A real estate company has an open position for a Remote Field Staff Appraiser in Santa Barbara County.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Completing real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws
• Collaborating effectively with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service
• Providing industry-leading customer service

Qualifications Include:

• Attends training seminars/webinars and conference calls as required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of Google web applications
• Strong technical skills including proficiency in the use of electronic communications
• Proficiency with appraisal software and hardware
• Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal relations skills, and organizational skills
