Job Summary
A provider of online file sharing services has an open position for a Remote File Sharing Services Customer Experience Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Owning and driving projects that transform the customer support experience
- Creating and managing the plans for moving projects
- Assembling and coordinating internal, extended, and external teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS or MS in aligned field of study
- PMP certification or equivalent
- 3+ years project management experience in customer support
- Skills with prioritizing and balancing multiple strategic projects with business expertise
- Demonstrated experience of operational skills translated into strategic business impact
- Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience
