Job Summary

A provider of online file sharing services has an open position for a Remote File Sharing Services Customer Experience Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving projects that transform the customer support experience
  • Creating and managing the plans for moving projects
  • Assembling and coordinating internal, extended, and external teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS or MS in aligned field of study
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • 3+ years project management experience in customer support
  • Skills with prioritizing and balancing multiple strategic projects with business expertise
  • Demonstrated experience of operational skills translated into strategic business impact
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience
