Job Summary
A bank is in need of a Remote Final Documents Senior Resolution and Retrieval Representative.
Must be able to:
- Ensure Investor exception reports are being worked
- Attend Investor conference calls and speak in detail regarding each exception
- Work complex exceptions to completion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years Final Document Resolutions experience
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet required Investor guidelines
- Excellent understanding of mortgage documentation and requirements
- Ability to identify how to resolve various document errors.
- Acute attention to detail
