Job Summary

A bank is in need of a Remote Final Documents Senior Resolution and Retrieval Representative.

Must be able to:

• Ensure Investor exception reports are being worked
• Attend Investor conference calls and speak in detail regarding each exception
• Work complex exceptions to completion

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2 years Final Document Resolutions experience
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet required Investor guidelines
• Excellent understanding of mortgage documentation and requirements
• Ability to identify how to resolve various document errors.
• Acute attention to detail
