Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admin Assistant - Finance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with billing and invoicing activities, including preparing and tracking client invoices
  • Support collections by monitoring aging reports and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update client contract records and provide general administrative support to the Finance team
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in finance, billing, or accounting support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Reliable internet connection and capability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience with invoicing/collections and basic accounts receivable workflows is preferred
