A neobank that rewards its members for supporting charitable causes is seeking a Remote Finance And Accounting Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing our financial controls, compliance, and reporting processes
• Building and maintaining the company budget and developing financial models to anticipate revenue and expenditure growth
• Leading the accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities and will implement the procedures, processes, and systems

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• Active CPA with 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial, and analytical roles
• 6+ years of FinTech startup experience, ideally with consumer finance or lending companies
• Knowledge and experience with general accounting, month-end close procedures, controls, internal reporting & analytics
• Experience in building sophisticated budgets and financial models
• Knowledge of US GAAP; conceptual and practical experience in researching and understandingtechnical accounting
