Job Summary

A government services company is seeking a Remote Finance and Accounting Senior Billing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Timely and accurately preparing all company invoices for review by internal project management and for ultimate distribution to clients
• Overseeing and managing the entire invoice process
• Developing invoice structure based on the nature of the contract

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of experience in the field
• Experience should include strong client/customer billing knowledge in a multi-project environment
• Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems
• Work requires considerable judgment and initiative
• Exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the team
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
