Job Summary

A non-profit social enterprise is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Finance and Accounting Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Input payroll information for New York support office employees (~15) via recording entries
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Manage cash flow and working capital forecasting.

Qualifications Include:

• A deep understanding of accounting fundamentals. You do not just defer to the accounting software to ensure accuracy, but understand the mechanics of credits and debits underpinning the system
• You strive for continual improvement. You are always looking for a better way to get recording and reporting done more efficiently
• You are analytical. You read financial statements and seek to understand the underlying business
