Job Summary

An IT services and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Finance and Accounting Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Processing 140+ invoices using OCR
• Auditing all the information extracted from the invoice for accuracy
• Answering and returning Customer Service case

Qualifications for this position include:

• One + years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Outsourcing environment + Understands the Accounts payable process
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Ability to analyse and interpret information
• Supplier setup experience including W-9’s and verifying TIN # and Supplier name with IRS
