Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Finance and Administration Deputy Director in Pittsburgh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison to the board of directors and is responsible for presenting quarterly financial reporting materials
  • Provide strategic management of finance, budgeting & administrative processes with an eye to continuously improving systems
  • Provide oversight in multiple areas including compliance with GAAP & applicable governmental regulations & accreditation standards

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior administrative or financial management role in social service, intermediary, or similar nonprofit org
  • Experience of final responsibility for quality & content of financial data, reporting & audit coordination for division or significant program area of at least $3M
  • Knowledge of non-profit finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
